As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the Maison Fortuné Orphanage Foundation Inc. prepares annual audited financial statements and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax forms (Form 990 and related schedules) as required by IRS guidelines.  These documents are available for review.  We welcome requests from interested donors, prospective donors and other interested parties to review these documents at a time and place convenient for all.  If you prefer to receive copies of our most current audited financial statements or tax forms instead of a face to face review, please fill out the information below:
