Endowment Fund Operating Resolutions

Resolutions, adopted by the Foundation Board of Directors, to facilitate the operation of the Fund, as of the effective date set forth below:

  1. The Board of Directors, with the approval of the Bishop, shall appoint the members of the Endowment Committee.
  2. The Treasurer of the Foundation shall be an ex officio member of the Committee with the right to vote.
  3. Members shall serve three year terms, and may be reappointed, with the approval of the Bishop.
  4. The Board of Directors may remove Committee members only for cause, by a three-fourth majority of the directors, and with the approval of the Bishop.
  5. The Committee shall have complete discretion on the management of the Fund in accord with the policy document entitled Endowment Fund Management Policies, approved by the Board of Directors.

 

Effective date: July 1, 2007.
